The ASTM MOU project helps you

The ASTM Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) program assists the establishment and participation of developing countries in the development of ASTM standards and the expansion of ASTM standards.

Through the MOU project, you can send experts to ASTM headquarters to research and learn the ASTM standard process and participate in on-site and online training.
